WHAT I OFFER

Welcome to Helena Wellness

​

Pilates and yoga have played an integral part of my life, and have helped me find and maintain my physical and mental health and well being. Both practices are sources of joy, energy and health in my life, and I've been lucky enough to see the difference they can make in other people's lives as well. 

​

It is a common misconception that both Pilates and Yoga are meant for specific groups of people, whether that be dancers, athletes, fitness fanatics or otherwise. My mission is inclusivity: to help people of all different ages, bodies, and histories understand the value of these practices in their lives, and to help them overcome physical obstacles and achieve personal, life improving goals.

My teaching technique focuses on providing modifications for all individuals. I want to help you, at home, get the most from workouts, to challenge you no matter what. Even if you are feeling limited by pain, injuries, illness, physical restrictions, pregnancy, the natural effects of age, or other special needs: my practice is for you.

Private Lessons
Online Private Lessons are an opportunity for you to get a unique, one on one work out, precisely tailored to your personal needs and goals. Each modification and challenge will be specific to you, and will help you get the most from your workout. Quite often I will also give exercises for you to practice at home, and follow up on exercises given during previous sessions. During these 60 minute sessions you will have my undivided attention and I will assist and push you to your personal fitness goals.

Group Classes
Group Yoga and Pilates Classes are fun, challenging ways to keep up with your personal fitness goals from the comfort of your own home. They are live, online workouts that range in focus from restoritive to pre-natal to powerhouse HIIT, and more. Each class is made for every body type and is filled with plenty of helpful modifications based on who is attending. Don’t be afraid: come join us!
