My journey with Pilates and Yoga began a little over 20 years ago and has slowly but surely become more and more of a passion throughout my life. My background is in dance, but an injury at a young age prevented me from pursuing that life. Pilates was there for me during rehabilitation, and it made such an impact that I decided to get fully STOTT certified. Life after dance became a bit more colourful, and I eventually embarked in a career in the aerial circus arts, with Pilates helping me every step of the way to condition and recover from all of the wear and tear of being a professional athlete. Throughout it all, I continued to teach, and at a certain point I recognised what my true drive is. I love movement, which has been the undercurrent to everything I’ve done, but I began to realise that helping others achieve or regain movement was my greatest joy and motivator. Keeping people moving might be one of the greatest gifts you can give, as it can extend and greatly improve the quality of peoples’ lives. I’ve had the privilege of working with so many different people, and their physical challenges have always challenged me to become a better teacher.  I love that both of these movement practices can be adapted for any type of body, and my mission is inclusivity: I strive to create practices for everyone and anyone - Pilates and Yoga are not just for the super-fit or athletically driven individuals, but for office workers, mothers, the elderly and so many more.

“It is important to stay both flexible and strong as you move through your life. Finding stability within your range of motion is not just a way of life for me but a goal I have for all of my clients."
